Amy Kullenberg
The Law Office of Roberts & Freatman is pleased to announce that Amy Kullenberg has just recently joined our practice as a senior associate attorney.
Amy brings a wealth of experience in a wide variety of legal practice areas, including: family law, criminal law, administrative law, environmental law, estate planning and probate law, landlord-tenant law, general civil litigation, and Indian law.
She joins Roberts & Freatman after having served as a Referee for the Washtenaw County Friend of the Court for the last four years. Prior to her time as a Friend of the Court Referee, Amy practiced environmental and energy law on the East Coast, served as Associate General Counsel for the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians, engaged in felony criminal defense, and served as Judicial Attorney for the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Court. Amy also has experience with alternative dispute resolution, and maintains certification as a Peacemaker. Amy has served on the Board of Directors for the Referees Association of Michigan, and publishes regularly in the American Bar Association's PREVIEW series.
